How to get rid of cellulite at home?

Check out some of the home remedies below

————————————————-

Well as 90% of women suffering from this condition, I also suffered from cellulite for almost 10 years until I found permanent cellulite cure.

Cellulite Causes

No one really knows the exact answer for what causes cellulite.

Every factors such as gender, age, extra fat and lower levels of collagen and elastin produced would influence the cellulite formation.

Some scientists relate cellulite with the hormones produced in a women’s body.

It is also due the distribution of fat in a women’s body. The criss-cross pattern of muscles in men give less room for fat to accumulate in their butts and thighs (
instead they accumulate on their abdomen). This also explains why women tend to have big butts and thighs and men tend to have big paunch.

Some home remedies to reduce get rid of cellulite from thighs and legs

Regular intake of water would keep the body well hydrated and inturn this won’t let water retention in the cells. Drinking almost a gallon of water everyday is a way to a healthy body. Do not drink coffee or soda(with caffeine), as they would dehydrate your body. Add fresh vegetables and fruits to your diet. In particular melon fruits are very good. Not only they naturally cleanse and remove toxins from your body, they also help you in losing that extra fat. Do not eat fried or sugary foods. Do exercises and cardio workouts. Swimming, skipping (with a jump rope), jogging and cycling can help. Massage the thigh and leg area with brush or smooth-out with a rolling pin. This would help the cellulite moving and would greatly improve lymphatic and blood circulation.

Though I discussed some home remedies, they may not get rid of cellulite in butts and thighs forever, they may improve the appearance but don’t get rid of them completely.

Recently I found this Permanent Cellulite Cure ebook which explains a complete hollistic method to get rid of cellulite forever. Read it further for more detailed explanations.
